Als Technisch Adviseur Binnendienst ben je de schakel tussen de technische werking van producten en de behoeften van de klant. Je geeft technisch advies aan zowel interne als externe klanten en speelt een cruciale rol bij het uitwerken van projecten. Je analyseert complexe technische vraagstukken, leest schema’s en zorgt samen met verschillende teams voor een vlotte opvolging van dossiers.

Op een doorsnee werkdag geef je technisch advies, beantwoord je vragen over toepassingen en ondersteun je bij het oplossen van klachten. Je stelt offertes op, verwerkt technische informatie in systemen en zorgt voor duidelijke communicatie naar klanten. Ook werk je mee aan het voorbereiden van beurzen en geef je technische trainingen aan collega’s en klanten. Jouw werk is veelzijdig: van projectcoördinatie tot aftersales en kennisdeling.

  • Je hebt een bachelor in Elektromechanica of vergelijkbaar door ervaring
  • Je beschikt over minstens 2 jaar relevante ervaring binnen een technische omgeving
  • Je hebt kennis van mechanica, elektriciteit, pneumatica en meet- en regeltechniek
  • Ervaring met automatisatie of basiskennis PLC is een troef
  • Je denkt oplossingsgericht en werkt nauwkeurig
  • Je weet technische informatie helder over te brengen aan klanten en collega’s
  • Je bent klantgericht en staat open voor technische sales
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels is een extra pluspunt
  • Ervaring met ERP-systemen en technische software is mooi meegenomen
  • Je bent bereid om een BA5-certificaat te behalen indien nodig
