Als lijnverantwoordelijke inpak werk je in een 2-ploegenstelsel en neem je de leiding over een verpakkingslijn in de productie. Je zorgt ervoor dat alles vlot opstart, correct ingesteld staat en dat de juiste verpakkingsmaterialen beschikbaar zijn. Je houdt de werking van machines goed in de gaten en grijpt in bij kleine storingen.

Jouw dag bestaat uit het controleren van etiketten, metaaldetectors en folie, het uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles en het aansturen van inpakmedewerkers. Je organiseert het werk zo efficiënt mogelijk en begeleidt nieuwe medewerkers zodat ze snel hun weg vinden. Zelf werk je actief mee aan de lijn om de continuïteit te garanderen.

Je werkt in een systeem met twee ploegen, waardoor je flexibiliteit en variatie in je werkdag krijgt. Orde en netheid zijn voor jou vanzelfsprekend. Heb je technische affiniteit en wil je blijven groeien in je job? Dan is deze functie echt iets voor jou. Solliciteer vandaag nog!

  • Ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie, liefst in de voedingssector
