Als assistent-calculator bouw speel je een belangrijke rol in de financiële voorbereiding van diverse bouwprojecten. Je ondersteunt het calculatieteam in hun dagelijkse taken en werkt mee aan het opstellen van correcte kostprijsberekeningen. Dankzij jouw technische inzicht en nauwkeurigheid lever je een waardevolle bijdrage aan kwalitatieve woonprojecten.

Op een doorsnee werkdag analyseer je bouwplannen, vraag je offertes op en vergelijk je de verschillende voorstellen van aannemers en leveranciers. Je controleert meetstaten, beheert contracten en volgt de vorderingen van projecten nauwgezet op. Verder denk je actief mee over hoe er efficiënter gewerkt kan worden en waar kostenbesparingen mogelijk zijn.

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor of master in een technische richting, of je hebt gelijkwaardige ervaring opgebouwd in de bouwsector.
  • Je hebt een sterk analytisch vermogen en goed rekenkundig inzicht.
  • Je kunt technische plannen en cijfers vlot interpreteren.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en met oog voor detail.
  • Je bent flexibel en kan omgaan met veranderende situaties.
  • Je communiceert vlot en werkt graag samen met verschillende interne en externe partners.
  • Je hebt interesse in de bouwsector en wilt je technische kennis verder ontwikkelen.
  • Je beheerst het Nederlands uitstekend, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
