The posting

Als Supervisor Technische Dienst ben je verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen en ondersteunen van een ploeg techniekers binnen een moderne productieomgeving. Je zorgt voor de dagelijkse sturing, planning, coaching en begeleiding van jouw team en bewaakt de continuïteit van het productieproces. Je volgt technische interventies op, stelt werkorders en onderhoudsplannen op en beheert technische documentatie.

Op een doorsnee dag coördineer je preventief en correctief onderhoud, stuur je de techniekers aan, bewaak je de uitvoering van werkopdrachten en voer je zelf onderhouds- en verbeteringsopdrachten uit wanneer nodig. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor storingen en denkt actief mee na over verbeteringen. Daarnaast volg je de aanwezigheid en regels van het team op en zorg je voor een vlotte ploegenoverdracht.

• Je hebt een diploma elektromechanica, onderhoudstechnieken of een gelijkaardige technische richting (graduaat of bachelor). • Je beschikt over minstens enkele jaren ervaring in een technische omgeving. • Sterke kennis van mechanica, elektriciteit en pneumatica. • Kennis van koeling is een pluspunt. • Je kan goed overweg met MS Office. • Kennis van Lean/5S is een extra troef. • Je bent organisatorisch sterk, nauwkeurig en gestructureerd. • Je hebt een goed technisch inzicht en kan zelfstandig werkopdrachten voorbereiden en opvolgen. • Je communiceert helder en professioneel, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en hebt een goede kennis van Engels. • Je bent flexibel en kan omgaan met wisselende prioriteiten. • Je neemt initiatief en denkt oplossingsgericht mee.
