  • Je brengt bijkomende behoeften in kaart en speelt hier commercieel op in.
  • Je informeert klanten over het aanbod en adviseert hen bij hun keuze van producten en diensten.
  • Je stelt offertes samen, bespreekt de voorstellen en bewaakt de verdere opvolging.
  • Je benadert ook nieuwe contacten om het klantenbestand uit te breiden.
  • Je houdt commerciële afspraken, klantengegevens en lopende dossiers zorgvuldig bij.
  • Je schakelt met interne diensten om vragen en bestellingen vlot te behandelen.
  • Je evalueert je verkoopresultaten en zoekt actief naar manieren om je aanpak te verbeteren.
  • Je hebt relevante ervaring in een commerciële binnendienst, salesfunctie, customer service of klantenretentie.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Frans.
  • Je bent commercieel gedreven en voelt je goed in een functie met veel klantencontact.
  • Je weet hoe je klanten overtuigt, vertrouwen opbouwt en samenwerkingen op lange termijn versterkt.
  • Je werkt doelgericht en combineert commerciële resultaten met een sterke servicegerichtheid.
  • Je volgt offertes en klantendossiers nauwgezet op en verliest details niet uit het oog.
  • Je neemt zelf initiatief en gaat actief op zoek naar oplossingen.
  • Je kan zelfstandig je taken organiseren en bepaalt vlot de juiste prioriteiten.
  • Je blijft flexibel en behoudt een professionele aanpak wanneer het druk wordt.
