  • Je hebt een bachelordiploma of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Je hebt ervaring in customer service, administratie of dossierbeheer.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
  • Je communiceert professioneel en klantgericht.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en volgt dossiers volledig op.
  • Je kunt prioriteiten stellen en deadlines bewaken.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig en bent digitaal vaardig.
  • Je leert nieuwe systemen en procedures snel aan.
  • Je denkt oplossingsgericht en neemt initiatief.
  • Je werkt graag samen en overlegt vlot met collega's.
