  • Je neemt stalen van grondstoffen en tijdens het productieproces om de productkwaliteit te controleren.
  • Je identificeert, registreert en bereidt stalen zorgvuldig voor op verdere analyse.
  • Je voert chemische testen en kwaliteitscontroles uit volgens de geldende procedures.
  • Je beoordeelt analyseresultaten en controleert of ze voldoen aan de vastgelegde kwaliteitsnormen.
  • Je registreert meetgegevens nauwkeurig en rapporteert de resultaten aan de betrokken verantwoordelijken.
  • Je signaleert afwijkende resultaten tijdig en bespreekt deze met de juiste collega's.
  • Je werkt samen met medewerkers van het laboratorium, de productie en de kwaliteitsdienst.
  • Je gebruikt laboratoriumapparatuur en meetinstrumenten op een correcte en zorgvuldige manier.
  • Je leeft de voorschriften rond veiligheid, kwaliteit en hygiëne strikt na.
  • Je helpt mee om het laboratorium efficiënt te laten functioneren en de kwaliteit van de productie te bewaken.
  • Je hebt een opleiding in de chemie gevolgd of beschikt over relevante ervaring in een chemisch laboratorium.
  • Een opleiding Biochemie zonder aanvullende relevante chemische achtergrond volstaat niet voor deze functie.
  • Je hebt interesse in chemische analyses, kwaliteitscontrole en industriële productieprocessen.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en zelfstandig.
  • Je volgt procedures consequent en hebt oog voor kwaliteit, veiligheid en correcte registratie.
  • Je gaat zorgvuldig om met stalen, apparatuur en meetresultaten.
  • Je werkt graag samen en communiceert duidelijk over resultaten en eventuele afwijkingen.
  • Je bent flexibel en bereid om tijdens drukke periodes tijdelijk in ploegen te werken.
  • Je bent leergierig en staat open voor nieuwe technieken en verdere vakinhoudelijke ontwikkeling.
