Ben jij klaar om als Administratief Bediende Facturatie het verschil te maken in een bouwgerelateerde omgeving? In deze rol ondersteun je het team bij de financiële administratie van diverse projecten. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen en verwerken van (voorschot)facturen, het opvolgen van vorderingsstaten en verrekeningen, en het bieden van administratieve ondersteuning bij contracten en financiële rapportages.

Je dag start met het nakijken van binnengekomen documenten en het verwerken van de nodige facturen. Daarna volg je de vorderingsstaten nauwgezet op, beheer je budgetten en hou je kosten en opbrengsten up-to-date. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor administratieve vragen rond facturatie en zorgt dat alles correct in het ERP-systeem geregistreerd staat. Je schakelt vlot met collega's en levert altijd nauwkeurig werk af.

  • Je behaalde minstens een diploma hoger secundair onderwijs, graduaat of professionele bachelor (TSO/ASO).
  • Je hebt 2 tot 3 jaar ervaring in facturatie en het beheer van vorderingsstaten, bij voorkeur binnen de bouwsector.
  • Je kan vlot overweg met ERP-systemen, zoals Navision.
  • Je beschikt over een uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands. Frans is een pluspunt.
  • Je bent punctueel, werkt gestructureerd en kan zelfstandig prioriteiten stellen.
