The posting

Als mechanieker werk je mee aan het draaiende houden van een moderne productieomgeving. Dagelijks zorg je voor het preventief en curatief onderhoud van machines, installaties en technische infrastructuur. Je analyseert storingen, spoort de oorzaken op en voert herstellingen of vervangingen van onderdelen uit. Je ondersteunt ook mee de installatie van nieuwe machines en draagt actief bij aan de veiligheid op de werkvloer.

Op een doorsnee werkdag sta je in voor mechanisch onderhoud, storingsdiagnose via PLC, het uitlijnen en balanceren van roterende delen, en het uitvoeren van las- en snijwerken. Je gebruikt meet- en regelapparatuur, onderhoudt transportbanden en persluchtinstallaties, en zorgt voor smering en oliën van machineonderdelen. Je werkt samen met collega’s, leveranciers en techniekers en neemt deel aan weekendpermanentie volgens beurtrol.

  • Technisch diploma in mechanica, elektromechanica of gelijkwaardig
  • Minstens 2 jaar ervaring als mechanieker (of een sterke junior met technische basis en leergierigheid)
  • Goede kennis van mechanica, pneumatica en hydraulica
  • Basiskennis elektriciteit, elektronica of automatisatie is een plus
  • Ervaring met las- en snijtechnieken
  • Vaardig in het lezen van technische schema’s en plannen
  • Kennis van industriële veiligheid en de 5S-methodiek
  • Zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands
  • Bereidheid om in 2 ploegen te werken (vroege/late)
  • Analytisch denkvermogen en probleemoplossende skills
  • Teamgerichte en nauwkeurige werkstijl
