In deze job als technisch verkoopmedewerker ben je verantwoordelijk voor het onthaal van klanten in de winkel. Je biedt hen deskundig advies over gereedschap, meubel-, deur- en raambeslag, bevestigingsmaterialen en meer. Je zorgt ervoor dat klanten zich welkom voelen en begeleidt hen doorheen het aankoopproces.

Een typische dag bestaat uit het beantwoorden van vragen, het geven van prijs- en productinformatie en het opvolgen van levertermijnen. Je speelt actief in op de behoeften van elke klant en zorgt voor een nette en aantrekkelijke winkelpresentatie. Daarnaast verzorg je de nodige administratie en neem je deel aan de dagelijkse winkeltaken. Je blijft steeds op de hoogte van de nieuwste ontwikkelingen binnen jouw vakgebied.

  • Je hebt een opleiding in een technische richting gevolgd.
  • Je hebt minstens 3 jaar relevante werkervaring in een technische omgeving.
  • Je beschikt over gedegen productkennis (gereedschappen, beslag, bevestigingsmaterialen).
  • Je hebt sterke commerciële vaardigheden.
  • Je beheerst het Nederlands zeer goed, zowel gesproken als geschreven.
  • Je hebt commercieel inzicht en kan vlot inspelen op klantbehoeften.
