Als Teamlead Laadkaai ben jij de schakel die zorgt dat alles op de laadkaai van het distributiecentrum op wieltjes loopt. Je stuurt de ploegen aan, organiseert het werk en zorgt dat leveringen efficiënt en correct verlopen. Samen met je team zorg je dagelijks voor een veilige, kwaliteitsvolle en tijdige uitvoering van alle laad- en losactiviteiten.

Op een doorsnee werkdag start je de shipments op, hou je het overzicht over de laad- en losbewegingen, stel je prioriteiten en los je stilstanden snel op. Je coacht en motiveert je medewerkers, geeft feedback en zorgt ervoor dat iedereen groeit in zijn job. Communicatie met andere afdelingen – zoals technische dienst en supply chain – is voor jou vanzelfsprekend. Je zorgt ervoor dat alle veiligheidsregels en procedures worden nageleefd en werkt actief mee aan verbeteringen.

  • Ervaring in een logistieke omgeving, bij voorkeur op een laadkaai of magazijn
  • Ervaring met aansturen van een team
  • Inzicht in logistieke processen binnen een distributiecentrum
  • Werken met ERP/WMS-systemen
  • Hoger secundair onderwijs
  • Minstens 2 jaar relevante ervaring
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en kan je behelpen in het Frans en Engels
  • Leiderschap en coachende vaardigheden
  • Sterk in communicatie en organisatie
  • Oplossingsgericht en flexibel ingesteld
  • Teamspeler met hands-on mentaliteit
  • Heftruck-attest of bereid dit te behalen
