Als transportbediende met rijbewijs C ben je een belangrijke schakel binnen de nachtploeg van de transportafdeling. Je ondersteunt de dagelijkse werking door te zorgen voor een vlotte opstart en afhandeling van de nachtelijke transporten. Je volgt de planning op, bereidt ritten voor en springt bij waar nodig. Ook administratieve taken en het correct verwerken van transportdocumenten horen erbij. Flexibiliteit is essentieel, want wanneer een chauffeur onverwacht uitvalt, neem jij de verantwoordelijkheid om die ronde over te nemen en de leveringen tot een goed einde te brengen.

Tijdens een gemiddelde nacht begin je met het doornemen van de planning. Je helpt bij het laden en lossen van de vrachtwagens, controleert de ladingen en zorgt dat alle documenten in orde zijn. Je beantwoordt vragen van chauffeurs en collega’s, lost kleine problemen op en houdt het overzicht. Als het nodig is, rijd je zelf een rit om het team te ondersteunen. Verder zorg je voor een vlotte communicatie tussen de verschillende afdelingen zodat alles netjes op schema blijft.
