Als commercieel bediende ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor klanten en collega’s. Je zorgt ervoor dat bestellingen correct in het bedrijfseigen systeem worden ingegeven en volgt de verdere verwerking nauwgezet op. Je neemt proactief contact op met klanten om bijkomende verkoopkansen te spotten en commerciële acties te stimuleren.

Je dag is erg gevarieerd. Naast het administratieve werk rond bestellingen, ondersteun je bij personeelszaken en de planning. Je bekijkt kritisch de website en webshop en werkt voorstellen uit om deze te verbeteren. Samen met je collega’s bedenk je promo’s voor de Factory Shop en zet je marketingacties op. Ook het opstellen van professionele mails en een plan voor sociale media behoren tot je takenpakket.

  • Je hebt een professionele of academische bachelor
  • Je beschikt over 2 tot 10 jaar relevante ervaring
  • Je kan vlot schakelen tussen verschillende taken en rollen
  • Je bent commercieel ingesteld en klantgericht
  • Je hebt sterke administratieve skills en kan goed overweg met Office-toepassingen (Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
  • Je communiceert professioneel in het Nederlands (zowel schriftelijk als mondeling)
  • Je kan je vlot uitdrukken in het zakelijk Engels en hebt een goede spreekvaardigheid Frans
  • Je bent creatief, flexibel en neemt initiatief
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en denkt analytisch
  • Je toont inzet en kan goed feedback geven en ontvangen
