Als planner busvervoer ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor chauffeurs én klanten. Je zorgt ervoor dat de dagelijkse busritten vlot verlopen en dat iedereen op tijd op zijn bestemming geraakt. Jij neemt de verantwoordelijkheid om planningen op te maken, bij te sturen en te optimaliseren waar nodig.

Je dag start vroeg: je werkt in een vaste shift van 06u tot 14u. Tijdens deze uren plan en coördineer je alle ritten, volg je de uitvoering nauwgezet op en stuur je snel bij wanneer er iets misloopt. Regelmatig ben je van wacht: om de week zorg je telefonisch voor interventies tussen 04u00 en 01u30. Zo blijft de dienstverlening dag en nacht gegarandeerd.

Je hebt dagelijks contact met chauffeurs, lost eventuele problemen onderweg snel op en houdt je hoofd koel bij last-minute wijzigingen. Samen met je collega’s vorm je een hecht team dat elkaar ondersteunt. Voel jij je aangesproken? Neem dan zeker contact op voor meer info of om meteen te solliciteren.

  • Je hebt bij voorkeur een eerste ervaring in transport, logistiek of dispatching
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en stressbestendig
  • Je houdt van plannen, organiseren en snel schakelen
  • Je kan vlot problemen oplossen, ook onder tijdsdruk
  • Vroege ploeg van 6u-14u18
  • Je bent bereid om in een wachtsysteem te werken
  • Je beheerst het Nederlands goed
