  • Strategische Führung & Weiterentwicklung von Key Accounts: Du begleitest unsere Kund:innen langfristig, erkennst Geschäftspotenziale früh und übersetzt sie in wirksame Social‑Strategien
  • Business Ownership: Du verantwortest Budgets, Umsatzentwicklung und Profitabilität deiner Accounts - und verstehst, dass Social Media kein Kostenfaktor, sondern Growth Driver ist
  • Beratung mit Tiefgang: Du entwickelst durchdachte, daten‑ und kulturgetriebene Empfehlungen, die Business‑ und Kommunikationsziele deiner Kund:innen messbar machen
  • Lead der crossfunktionalen Teams: Du koordinierst Strategie, Creator, Paid Media, Content und AI Ops - damit jedes Projekt impactorientiert umgesetzt wird
  • Qualität & Delivery: Du stellst sicher, dass Timings, Ziele und Qualität Standards nicht nur halten, sondern setzen - von der ersten Idee bis zum Social Performance Report
  • Relationship Building: Du bist Sparringspartner:in auf C‑Level, erkennst neue Chancen, pitchst aktiv Weiterentwicklungen und stärkst nachhaltige Kundenbeziehungen

Dein Profil

  • Mindestens 7 Jahre Erfahrung in einer Digital‑, Social‑ oder Kreativagentur - idealerweise mit Fokus auf Markenführung, Social Strategy oder Creator Marketing
  • Strategische Exzellenz: Du verstehst Business, Daten und Kultur gleichermaßen - von Insights über Plattformmechaniken bis zu Kampagnenlogiken
  • Leadership‑Qualitäten: Erfahrung in der Führung interdisziplinärer Teams, Empathie im Umgang, Klarheit in Entscheidungen
  • Analytische Stärke & Organisationsgeschick: Du jonglierst Budgets und Timings mit Leichtigkeit - und erkennst Optimierungspotenziale, bevor andere sie sehen
  • Kommunikationsstark: Du liebst es zu präsentieren, Moderationen zu führen und Kund:innen durch komplexe Vorhaben zu navigieren
