Deine Aufgaben

  • Eigenständige Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der laufenden Finanzbuchhaltung mit Fokus auf Kreditoren-, sowie Debitoren- und Anlagenbuchhaltung
  • Erfassung, Prüfung und Verwaltung von Eingangs- und Ausgangsrechnungen sowie Überwachung des Mahnwesens
  • Abwicklung von Reisekosten- und Kreditkartenabrechnungen gemäß interner Richtlinien
  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Steuerbüro
  • Mitwirkung an der Konzeption und Einführung digitaler Buchhaltungsprozesse sowie der zukünftigen ERP-Integration
  • Enge Abstimmung mit internen Abteilungen und externen Partner:innen
  • Beteiligung an bereichsübergreifenden Projekten im Finance- und Operations-Kontext
  • Ansprechpartner:in für buchhalterische Fragestellungen innerhalb des Unternehmens

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein Studium im Bereich Finanzen, Rechnungswesen oder vergleichbar
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Kreditorenbuchhaltung inkl. Prüfung, Buchung und Zahlungsabwicklung
  • Erfahrung bei Mitgestaltung von Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB
  • Erste Erfahrungen in der Debitoren- und Anlagenbuchhaltung sowie im Mahnwesen sind von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung
  • Erfahrung in der Abwicklung von Reisekosten- und Kreditkartenabrechnungen
  • Ausgeprägtes Prozessverständnis sowie Interesse an Digitalisierung und ERP-Systemen
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1) in Wort und Schrift sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Office, Google Suite und idealerweise Apple Keynote
