Arbetstider och anställning Vi söker dig som vill arbeta extra vid behov och hoppa in när ordinarie personal är frånvarande.

Anställningsform: Timvikariat/behovsanställning.

Dagpass: kl. 08.30-16.00.

Kvällspass: kl. 16.45-21.30.

Arbetsdagar: Alla dagar i veckan.

Om kunden och arbetet Kunden är en rullstolsburen medelålders kvinna med en stor portion humor. Hon är boendes i Andersberg, Gävle. Hon uppskattar frisk luft och tycker om att komma ut på aktiviteter utanför hemmet. Som personlig assistent hjälper du henne i vardagen och skapar förutsättningar för att hon ska kunna leva ett så aktivt och självständigt liv som möjligt utifrån sina förutsättningar.

Arbetet innebär personlig omvårdnad, praktisk hjälp och att följa med på aktiviteter. Det förekommer manuella förflyttningar, vilket innebär att du behöver ha god fysik och känna dig trygg med fysiskt arbete. Du behöver också kunna arbeta med ett lugnt, respektfullt och lyhört förhållningssätt.

Vem söker vi? Vi söker dig som är engagerad, ansvarstagande och tycker om att arbeta nära människor. Du är ordningsam, initiativrik och har en positiv inställning. Du ser vad som behöver göras och bidrar gärna med idéer som gör vardagen både trygg och innehållsrik.

Vi lägger stor vikt vid personlig lämplighet. Det är meriterande om du har erfarenhet från vård och omsorg eller kunskap om lågaffektivt bemötande, men det viktigaste är att du har rätt inställning och vill göra ett bra jobb. Du behöver kunna vara flexibel och ha möjlighet att arbeta både dag- och kvällspass utifrån verksamhetens behov.
