Realizar actividades de mise en place, despacho de servicios a clientes, elaboración y empaque de comidas para líneas áreas, servir alimentos a los comensales en cafeterias, cumplimiento de normas HACCP.

PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES:

Organización funcional de su área de trabajo para la optimización del tiempo de montaje.

Correcta desinfección de su mesa y área de trabajo antes y después de iniciar sus funciones Verificación de su equipo de trabajo, termómetro, cuchillo y pesa. Correcto equipamiento de su área de trabajo, que incluye tener disponible el equipo de bodega, producto de cocina para montaje y productos del cuarto frio. Tener estrictamente lo necesario sobre la mesa de trabajo

Despachar alimentos en los diferentes tiempos de comida

Preparar la mesa caliente previo a instalar el servicio Asegurar la disponibilidad de utensilios para servir y consumir los alimentos Verificar que estén disponibles todos los componentes del menú Servir las porciones de alimentos de acuerdo al menú del día Apoyar en la limpieza del área de cafetería de la empresa asignada, cocina, gabinetes, apoya en los aseos profundos de las mismas. Hacer lavado y secado de equipo para la atención del servicio en cafeteria

Ejecución eficiente en la producción y transformación de alimentos.

Preparación de productos como vegetales, jamones, lácteos, aderezos. Elaboración de frutas y ensaladas de acuerdo con los requerimientos del cliente. Preparación de mantequillas, picantes y cualquier otro producto que le sea solicitado. Hacer uso correcto de recetas y HTN en el área Cumplir con las especificaciones del cliente y gramajes establecidos Informar de productos suministrados por parte de otros departamentos que no cumplan con lo requerido por el cliente Cumplir con tiempos de entrega al cliente interno (operaciones, logistica) Hacer rotación adecuada de los productos en cuartos fríos rotación de bancos y productos institucionales Saber y cumplir con las normas establecidas de política de cuchillos

Cumplir con las normas de higiene establecidas por el sistema HACCP

Cuidar apariencia e higiene personal en todo momento. Reportar al líder o encargado si los productos no cumplen con apariencia, presentación y temperatura Toma constante de temperaturas a los alimentos. Uso correcto de la dotación entregada por GCG para garantizar la inocuidad de los alimentos (guantes, gabacha, mascarilla, redecilla, etc.) en todo momento deberá estar limpio. Cumplir con la normativa de seguridad laboral y políticas establecidas.

Apoyo efectivo en la atención de actividades especiales o adicionales a su puesto.

Apoyo en la atención de vuelos privados o eventos solicitados. Rotación de actividades en todas las áreas de producción donde el supervisor o chef lo requieran. Cuidado del equipo que le es asignado para la ejecución de sus funciones. Correcto almacenamiento del equipo utilizado, así como del producto sobrante. Cumplir con aseo de cuartos de acuerdo como lo establece el sous chef o Head Chef

REQUERIMOS Disponibilidad de laborar sábados y domingos

Experiencia de 1-3 años en puestos similares

Manejo básico de computadora

Tarjeta de salud, tarjeta de manipulación de alimentos, tarjeta de pulmones vigente
