Als IT-Spezialist (m/w/d) gestaltest du bei GODELMANN mit uns die digitale Zukunft.

Deine Mission

Du machst aus wiederkehrenden Aufgaben intelligente Prozesse und verbindest IT, Automatisierung und KI zu Lösungen, die unseren Arbeitsalltag einfacher, schneller und smarter machen.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du entwickelst und implementierst Automatisierungslösungen für interne und operative Prozesse.
  • Du konzipierst und realisierst KI-gestützte Workflows, Agents und Anwendungen.
  • Du integrierst KI-Modelle und APIs, z. B. von OpenAI oder Anthropic/Claude, in bestehende und neue Prozesse.
  • Du entwickelst eigene kleine Tools und Anwendungen, wenn Standardlösungen nicht ausreichen.
  • Du verbindest Systeme über APIs, Webhooks und Schnittstellen miteinander.
  • Du analysierst bestehende Abläufe und erkennst, wo Automatisierung echten Mehrwert schafft.
  • Du automatisierst Routineaufgaben und Datenprozesse und schaffst damit Freiraum für wichtigere Aufgaben.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit unseren Fachabteilungen zusammen und übersetzt deren Anforderungen in technische Lösungen.
  • Du gestaltest aktiv unsere digitale Zukunft mit.

Dein Profil

Idealerweise bringst du folgendes mit:

  • Praktische Erfahrung mit n8n oder vergleichbaren Automatisierungstools
  • Programmierkenntnisse, z. B. in JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, HTML/CSS
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit KI-Modellen und APIs, insbesondere deren praktischer Integration in Workflows
  • Verständnis für APIs, Webhooks, Datenbanken und System-Schnittstellen
  • Freude daran, eigene Tools, Workflows und Lösungen zu entwickeln
  • Eine selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Neugier auf neue Technologien und den Mut, sie einfach auszuprobieren
  • Lust darauf, ein neues Themenfeld von Grund auf mitzugestalten
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
