Werde Teil unseres Stein-Erfinder-Teams – starte als Mitarbeiter (w/m/d) im Baustofflabor mit Schwerpunkt Forschung & Entwicklung in Fensterbach!

Deine Aufgaben

  • Weiterentwicklung von Betonen und Betonprodukten mit Blick auf Qualität, Wirtschaftlichkeit und neue Anwendungsbereiche
  • Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen Labor und Produktion sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit den beteiligten Fachbereichen
  • Planung, Durchführung und Begleitung von Produkt- und Rohstoffversuchen
  • Prozess- und Datenanalyse in der Produktion
  • Dokumentation und Optimierung von Versuchsergebnissen und Prozessen
  • Eigenständige Betreuung von Projekten im Bereich Forschung & Entwicklung sowie Qualitätssicherung
  • Unterstützung bei der Einführung und Weiterentwicklung neuer Produkte und Verfahren

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung oder Weiterbildung im Bereich Baustoffe, Beton, Werkstofftechnik, Verfahrenstechnik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
  • Idealerweise Berufserfahrung im Beton-, Baustoff- oder Rohstoffbereich
  • Interesse an Forschung, Entwicklung und praktischer Versuchstätigkeit
  • Analytisches und lösungsorientiertes Denken sowie Freude an der Auswertung von Daten
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke, insbesondere an der Schnittstelle zwischen Labor, Produktion und Qualitätssicherung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Bereitschaft, eigene Projekte aktiv voranzutreiben
