Hos Godt Smil søger vi en engageret klinikassistent til vores servicecenter, hvor du kan bruge din faglighed på en mere struktureret og skånsom måde, uden at assistere ved stolen hver dag. Her bliver du en vigtig del af patientens oplevelse fra første kontakt.

Arbejdstiden ligger mellem 06:45 og 16:05, med kun 2–6 lørdagsvagter om året (07:00–11:00).

Din rolle i servicecenteret

Som klinikassistent hos os er du den første kontakt for vores patienter. og ofte den, der skaber den første trygge oplevelse. Din hverdag består blandt andet af:

  • At besvare opkald fra patienter
  • At svare på spørgsmål om behandlinger, tider og praktiske forhold
  • At svare på mails og sikre, at henvendelser bliver fulgt op
  • At ringe ud til patienter ved behov
  • At skabe tryghed og give en professionel og imødekommende oplevelse
  • At sikre, at patienterne føler sig hørt
  • At samarbejde tæt med dine kolleger i servicecenteret og på klinikkerne
