Så er det nu, du skal slå til. Vi søger en kommerciel og synlig Area Manager til at overtage ansvaret for 3-4 af vores stærke midtjyske klinikker.

I takt med vores vækst søger vi en profil, der kan understøtte vores fortsatte udvikling og blive bindeleddet mellem klinikkernes hverdag og vores overordnede vækststrategi.

Om jobbet og dine ansvarsområder:

Som Area Manager hos Godt Smil får du det overordnede drifts- og økonomiansvar for dine tildelte klinikker i den midtjyske region. Du arbejder tæt sammen med klinikpartnerne, som styrer det tandlægefaglige. Jeres fælles mål er profitabel drift, høj medarbejdertrivsel og glade patienter.

Dine primære opgaver bliver:

  • Resultat- og KPI-opfølgning: Du monitorerer og forbedrer vitale parametre som kapacitetsudnyttelse, sygefravær og klinikkernes generelle omsætning.
  • Personaleledelse: Du sparrer med klinikkoordinatore og klinikejere, afholder medarbejdersamtaler, optimerer arbejdsplaner og sikrer den gode trivsel.
  • Rekruttering og onboarding: Du planlægger og eksekverer ansættelsesforløb i samarbejde med HR og klinikpartnerne.
  • Synergi og Best Practice: Du sikrer en tæt og effektiv dialog med vores Service Center og administration, som er placeret i Horsens.

Din profil:

Vi leder efter en leder med naturlig autoritet og gode samarbejdsevner. Vi forestiller os, at du:

  • Har en kommerciel eller sundhedsfaglig uddannelse (f.eks. bachelorniveau, tandplejer eller klinikassistent).
  • Har solid erfaring med drift, budgetter og personaleledelse – gerne fra kædedrift eller sundhedssektoren.
  • Er analytisk stærk, arbejder datadrevet og formår at omsætte tal til konkrete handlingsplaner på klinikkerne.
