Werk jij avonden en weekenden zonder dat je daar iets voor terugziet?

Bij ons wel. Een weekenddienst levert tot €37,89 per uur op. En jij bepaalt zelf of je die draait.

In Arnhem en omgeving komen elke week nieuwe diensten vrij. Jij kiest welke je pakt en hoeveel. Geen vast rooster waar je je naar moet voegen. Vandaag kiezen, morgen werken.

Je hoort binnen een werkdag van ons. Altijd, ook als het een nee is.

Scheelt ons allebei tijd: zonder afgerond diploma in zorg of welzijn kunnen we niets voor je doen. Onze opdrachtgevers zetten je dan simpelweg niet op de groep. Welk diploma je nodig hebt, staat onder Past dit bij jou. Een buitenlands diploma telt mee zodra Nuffic of IDW het heeft gewaardeerd.

Wat je gaat doen

Je werkt met mensen met een verstandelijke of lichamelijke beperking en met niet-aangeboren hersenletsel. Er zijn woonlocaties en dagbestedingen in Arnhem, Velp en omgeving. De vraag is breed, van woningen voor mensen met een verstandelijke beperking tot begeleiding bij MS en niet-aangeboren hersenletsel. Omdat de locaties dicht bij elkaar liggen, kun je makkelijk afwisselen en kom je snel aan uren.

  • Begeleiden van cliënten met een verstandelijke of lichamelijke beperking
  • Ondersteunen bij ADL en dagbesteding
  • Begeleiden van cliënten met niet-aangeboren hersenletsel of MS
  • Observeren, signaleren en rapporteren
  • Werken volgens het ondersteuningsplan van de cliënt

Je kiest zelf op welke plek je wilt werken. Wil je een vaste groep en een band opbouwen, dan kan dat. Wil je juist afwisselen tussen locaties en doelgroepen, dan kan dat ook.

Wat je verdient

  • Salaris conform CAO Gehandicaptenzorg, functiegroep 40: €2.893 tot €3.902 bruto per maand bij 36 uur. Bedragen per 10 september 2026. Inschaling hangt af van je diploma en je ervaring. Werk je als begeleider niveau 3, dan val je in functiegroep 35: €2.597 tot €3.635 per maand.
  • 8% vakantiegeld en onregelmatigheidstoeslag: 22% in de avond, 47% in de nacht en 52% in het weekend. Een weekenddienst levert daarmee tot €37,89 per uur op.

Wat je verder krijgt

  • Je BHV, medicatie aanreiken en agressieregulatie kosteloos, verzorgd door GOED.academy. Ook als je nog niet zeker weet of je blijft.
  • Zelf je diensten kiezen in de GOED.-app, zonder urenverplichting. Je ziet wat er open staat en je klikt wat je wilt.
  • Een contract met vaste uren als je dat wilt, van 16 tot 36 uur per week. Liever helemaal vrij, dan kan dat ook.
  • Vakantiegeld, vakantiedagen, reiskostenvergoeding en pensioenopbouw. Gewoon geregeld.
  • Een vaste contactpersoon die je bij naam kent en die opneemt als je belt.

Past dit bij jou

  • Een diploma Begeleider niveau 3 of 4, of Verzorgende IG
  • Ervaring met niet-aangeboren hersenletsel, MS of een verstandelijke beperking is een pre
  • Je bent flexibel inzetbaar in dag-, avond- en weekenddiensten
  • Rijbewijs B is prettig
