BWLS ist eine Steuerberatungs- und Wirtschaftsprüfungskanzlei in Hamburg mit etwa 30 Mitarbeitenden, die eng mit GÖRG Rechtsanwälte - einer der führenden deutschen Wirtschaftskanzleien - zusammenarbeitet. Unser Tätigkeitsfeld umfasst neben den klassischen Tätigkeitsfeldern wie Steuerberatung und Wirtschaftsprüfung auch den wachsenden Bereich Financial Advisory mit den Schwerpunkten der Sanierungs- und Insolvenzbegleitung, der Mitwirkung bei Unternehmenstransaktionen oder die betriebswirtschaftliche Beratung der öffentlichen Hand.

Consultant im Bereich Financial Advisory (m/w/d) in Vollzeit

Im Rahmen einer herausfordernden und abwechslungsreichen Tätigkeit im dynamischen Umfeld eines motivierten Teams bringen Sie Ihre eigenen Ideen ein, gestalten Prozesse sowie Lösungen aktiv mit und leisten einen wertvollen Beitrag zur erfolgreichen Beratung unserer Mandanten.

Tätigkeitsschwerpunkte:

  • Beratung und Begleitung von Unternehmen, häufig auch in Krisensituationen und Insolvenzverfahren
  • Erstellung und Verprobung von integrierten Planungsrechnungen
  • Beratung öffentlicher Institutionen in finanziellen und strategischen Fragen
  • Durchführung von Unternehmensbewertungen sowie Financial Due Diligence
  • Ausarbeitung von Gutachten zu betriebswirtschaftlichen Fragestellungen
  • Mitwirkung im Rahmen von Jahresabschlussprüfungen

Das suchen wir:

  • Ein abgeschlossenes Studium (BWL, VWL, WiWi etc.)
  • Schnelle Auffassungsgabe und Teamfähigkeit
  • Ein Verständnis für Zahlen sowie die Fähigkeit betriebswirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge zu erkennen
  • Sie konnten bereits einschlägige Berufserfahrung sammeln
