Pourquoi nous rejoindre ?

En tant que Directeur de Projet SaaS H/F, vous êtes responsable à la fois de la réussite des déploiements clients mais aussi de la contribution aux phases d’avant-vente. Vous intervenez en amont pour comprendre les besoins clients, construire des solutions adaptées et sécuriser les projets, puis en aval pour garantir leur succès opérationnel. Vous êtes un acteur clé à l’intersection entre Sales, Produit et Tech.

Vos responsabilités :

Vous êtes responsable des projets clients de bout en bout :

  • Piloter les projets d’implémentation SaaS (cadrage → déploiement → run), en structurant les plannings, ressources et budgets
  • Animer les instances de pilotage (COPIL, COMOP) avec les C-level
  • Coordonner les équipes internes (Intégration, Produit, Tech, Data)
  • Gérer la relation client et assurer sa satisfaction, et identifier les risques/plans d'action
  • Accompagner l’adoption du produit côté client
  • Contribuer à l’amélioration continue des process de delivery
  • Participer activement aux phases d’avant-vente (qualification, cadrage, ateliers client)
  • Construire des réponses structurées (solutioning, planning, chiffrage) puis mener les soutenances et démonstrations clients
  • Challenger les besoins clients pour proposer des solutions scalables
  • Sécuriser la transition entre vente et delivery

Votre profil :

Vous avez plus de 15 ans d’expérience en gestion de projet SaaS ou digital. Vous avez déjà contribué à des phases d’avant-vente complexes (réponses à appels d’offres, cycles longs, multi-interlocuteurs). Vous êtes capable de structurer une réponse client de bout en bout (besoin → solution → delivery) de manière autonome en ayant une parfaite compréhension des impacts de vos décisions pour Gojob et pour le client. Vous êtes parfaitement à l’aise à l’oral comme à l’écrit en français et en anglais (bilingue indispensable). Vous avez une vraie appétence pour les sujets d'IA et êtes vous même capable d'en gérer des projets (automatisation, création...). Vous êtes à l’aise dans des environnements internationaux. Vous avez un excellent relationnel et savez adapter votre discours à des interlocuteurs métiers et techniques
