In deiner Rolle als AI empowered Account Executive hast du die Möglichkeit, eines der ersten Mitglieder unseres B2B Go-To-Market Teams zu sein und Karla gemeinsam mit uns auf das nächste Level zu bringen.

Du übernimmst Full-Cycle Ownership: von Awareness und Prospecting über erste Gespräche, Demos und Follow-ups bis hin zum Closing. Du wirst in kurzer Zeit ExpertIn für unser Karla Produkt sowie für die Bedürfnisse und Schmerzpunkte unserer E-Commerce Partner.

Du arbeitest eng mit unseren Gründern Frederik & Philippe zusammen, gestaltest unsere Company Culture mit und baust gemeinsam mit uns eine skalierbare Plattform, die D2C Brands dabei hilft, die Post-Purchase Journey in einen starken Kanal für Customer Experience, Retention und Wachstum zu verwandeln.

Berlin/London – hybrid Start: Sommer 2026

Beschreibung:

  • Full Cycle Sales Ownership – von Awareness über Prospecting bis Closing. Du legst einfach los und bist intrinsisch motiviert.
  • Identifizierung von Entscheidungsträgern bei potenziellen Partner-Merchants und D2C Brands.
  • Verbesserung unserer Outreach-Strategie und Nutzung von AI-native CRM & anderen modernen GTM Tools.
  • Planung und Durchführung von Produktdemos sowie eigenständige Vor- und Nachbereitung von Sales-Prozessen.
  • Pipeline-Aufbau und Revenue Ownership – du unterstützt nicht nur, sondern treibst aktiv Deals und Umsatz.
  • Aufbau langfristiger Partnerschaften mit schnell wachsenden E-Commerce und D2C Brands.
  • AI-first Arbeiten – du nutzt state-of-the-art Tools aktiv für Research, Follow-ups, CRM, Sales Enablement und alles, was manuelle oder repetitive Arbeit effizienter macht.
  • Online & Offline Relationship Building – Events, Community, Konferenzen: du gehst hin, sprichst Menschen an, connectest und machst daraus Chancen.
  • Startup-Vibe – Ambiguity schreckt dich nicht ab. Du packst an, übernimmst Verantwortung und findest pragmatische Lösungen.
  • Customer Obsession – du hörst Menschen wirklich zu, willst ihnen helfen, baust ehrliche Beziehungen auf und gewinnst Vertrauen.
