Desenvolver e sustentar soluções tecnológicas que suportem os processos da empresa, com foco em inovação, segurança da informação e eficiência. Atuar de forma colaborativa com as áreas de negócio, traduzindo demandas operacionais em sistemas funcionais e escaláveis.

Desenvolver soluções de software para automatizar e otimizar processos internos da empresa (como cadastro de operações, cálculo de antecipações, e integração com bancos e ERPs);

Manter e evoluir sistemas próprios ou contratados, garantindo performance e segurança das informações;

Realizar testes, correções e melhorias nos sistemas internos e APIs integradas a parceiros, bancos e plataformas de cobrança;

Garantir a integridade dos dados e a confidencialidade das informações trafegadas entre sistemas;

Apoiar na criação de relatórios e dashboards gerenciais com base em dados operacionais e financeiros;

Prestar suporte técnico aos usuários internos sobre o funcionamento dos sistemas desenvolvidos ou mantidos;

Prestar suporte técnico de infraestrutura, incluindo a manutenção de equipamentos, redes, sistemas operacionais e demais recursos tecnológicos utilizados pela empresa, garantindo o pleno funcionamento e a disponibilidade dos serviços de TI;

Garantir o cumprimento das normas da LGPD e padrões de segurança cibernética aplicáveis aos setores da empresa.
