Co Vás čeká:každodenní administrativní podpora chodu obchodní kanceláře, vyřizování e-mailových a telefonických poptávek a objednávek od českých i zahraničních zákazníků, komunikace se zákazníky a obchodními partnery v českém a anglickém jazyce, zpracování přijatých a vydaných objednávek, organizace přepravy zásilek po ČR i do zahraničí prostřednictvím přepravních společností PPL, UPS, FedEx, DSV apod., příprava potřebných dokumentů a podkladů pro celní odbavení zásilek. Postupné zaučení do práce v účetním a ekonomickém systému POHODA, další administrativa související s každodenním chodem obchodního oddělení. Součástí práce je také možnost účasti na evropských odborných veletrzích, například v Miláně nebo Friedrichshafenu.Co od Vás očekáváme:velmi dobré vyjadřovací schopnosti a kultivovaný písemný projev, schopnost samostatně řešit běžné pracovní úkoly a učit se nové postupy, pečlivost, spolehlivost i jako součást týmu.Výhodou je: zkušenost s obchodní nebo firemní korespondencí, předchozí zkušenost z administrativy, obchodu nebo logistiky, znalost účetního programu POHODA, zkušenosti s organizací přepravy nebo celními podklady. Není nutné znát všechny naše postupy a systémy předem.
