Teleoperater/ka u call centru – prodaja (m/ž)

Opis posla:

  • Telefonska komunikacija s klijentima
  • Aktivna prodaja naših proizvoda (prirodnih kozmetičkih proizvoda) putem call centra
  • Predstavljanje i promoviranje ponude
  • Briga o zadovoljstvu kupaca i izgradnja dugoročnih odnosa
  • Administrativni unos podataka u računalne sustave

Što očekujemo od vas:

  • Razvijene komunikacijske i prodajne vještine
  • Ljubaznost, uljudnost i pozitivan stav
  • Snalaženje u radu na računalu
  • Volju za timski rad i otvorenost za učenje
  • Sposobnost brzog učenja i prilagodbe novim tehnologijama i alatima
