Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesGarantir o atendimento consultivo e a gestão da carteira de clientes classificados como Carteira C, realizando negociações, acompanhamento de pedidos, prospecção de oportunidades e fortalecimento do relacionamento comercial através de canais remotos (telefone, WhatsApp, e-mail e demais ferramentas digitais), contribuindo para o crescimento das vendas e permitindo que a equipe externa concentre seus esforços nos clientes estratégicos.Principais ResponsabilidadesGerenciar uma carteira de clientes de menor potencial comercial.Realizar atendimento ativo e receptivo via telefone, WhatsApp e e-mail.Efetuar vendas, negociações e fechamento de pedidos.Garantir a frequência de compra dos clientes da carteira.Identificar oportunidades de aumento de mix, volume e ticket médio.Prospectar novos clientes dentro da região de atuação.Recuperar clientes inativos.Acompanhar pedidos até a entrega, garantindo uma boa experiência ao cliente.Esclarecer dúvidas comerciais, condições de pagamento e prazos de entrega.Registrar negociações e informações no sistema CRM/ERP.Trabalhar em conjunto com vendedores externos, realizando a transferência de clientes quando houver mudança de potencial.Apoiar campanhas comerciais e lançamentos de produtos.Monitorar indicadores da carteira, propondo ações para melhoria dos resultados.Contribuir para o alcance dos objetivos comerciais da empresa, promovendo o crescimento sustentável da carteira de clientes por meio da excelência no atendimento, da fidelização e da geração de novas oportunidades de vendas.Executar as atividades inerentes ao cargo, prestando atendimento de qualidade aos clientes internos e externos e realizando demais demandas correlatas, conforme diretrizes, prioridades e orientações da liderança imediata.Cumprir as normas, políticas e procedimentos internos da empresa, assegurando a conformidade com as diretrizes de Segurança do Trabalho, Qualidade, Meio Ambiente e demais requisitos aplicáveis às atividades da função.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesCompetências TécnicasTécnicas de vendas e negociação.Boa comunicação verbal e escrita.Conhecimento em atendimento ao cliente.Organização e gestão de carteira.Facilidade com sistemas ERP/CRM.Pacote Office.
