GOLDBECK Nederland B.V is een jonge, snelgroeiende organisatie met en vestiging in Arnhem die turn-key-projecten in de Benelux realiseert. Of het nu gaat om logistieke hallen, productiehallen, een kantoorgebouw of een parkeergarage. GOLDBECK ontwerpt, bouwt en beheert commerciële vastgoed en projecten - snel, economisch en gegarandeerd op tijd! De componenten die wij gebruiken voor onze gebouwen komen grotendeels uit onze eigen fabrieken. Hierdoor kunnen wij snel schakelen en is kwaliteit gegarandeerd.

Door ons professionele projectmanagement van het bouwproces krijgen onze klanten kant-en-klare bouwoplossingen uit één hand.

Om dit te kunnen doen is het opbouwen en onderhouden van onze relaties van groot belang. We hechten dan ook veel waarde aan ons personeel en onze partners. Zij maken het verschil! Ambitie wordt dan ook beloond met ontwikkelkansen en doorgroeimogelijkheden.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Commercieel Manager bedrijfsruimten ben jij hét gezicht van de organisatie. Je bent een pionier die snel schakelt en doortastend is in de communicatie. Je kent de markt goed en hebt je netwerk, je denkt vanuit de business van de klant en spreekt zijn taal. Als ambitieuze professional ben je zelfkritisch en continu op zoek naar vernieuwing en verbetering. Door deze houding creëer jij kansen voor jezelf en voor anderen binnen het bedrijf. Taken en verantwoordelijkheden die bij jouw rol horen zijn:

  • Acquisitie en relatiebeheer.
  • Het signaleren van kansen en het identificeren van prospects.
  • Netwerkdeling met collega`s.
  • Meedenken met de commerciële doelen van de organisatie.
  • Bepalen van eigen koers, strategie en doelen.
  • Het vertalen van klantwensen naar technici.
  • Vertegenwoordigen van de organisatie op beurzen, netwerkbijeenkomsten e.a. activiteiten;.

Naar wie zijn wij op zoek?

Je hebt een enthousiaste, gedreven persoonlijkheid en deze weet je over te brengen op de mensen om je heen. Je bent pro-actief, neemt verantwoordelijkheid en durft de touwtjes in handen te nemen. Op basis van je analytische vermogen en technisch inzicht durf je knopen door te hakken. Een flexibele werkhouding is een must, een tikje eigenwijs zijn een pré.

Verder verwachten we van onze nieuwe collega:

  • Een HBO diploma, bijvoorbeeld in de richting (technische) bedrijfskunde, bouwkunde of vastgoed.
  • Enkele jaren professionele relevante commerciële ervaring.
  • Een sterk marktinzicht.
  • Je bent ambitieus en ondernemend.
  • Goede kennis van MS Office.
  • Zeer goede communicatie- en teamvaardigheden.
  • Hoge mate van betrokkenheid, initiatief, onafhankelijke en gestructureerde manier van werken.
  • Bij voorkeur spreek je naast Nederlands ook Duits en/of Engels.
