The posting

Aufgaben:

  • Aufbereitung technischer Zeichnungen und Fertigungsunterlagen für die Arbeitsvorbereitung und CNC-Programmierung unserer Blechbearbeitungsanlagen
  • Erstellung und Optimierung von Programmen für unsere modernen Trumpf-Anlagen (TruPunch 5000, TruBend Center 7030, TruBend Cell 5000 sowie TruBend-Abkantpressen)
  • Planung und Vorbereitung von Fertigungsaufträgen unter Berücksichtigung von Wirtschaftlichkeit, Qualität und Lieferterminen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Bereichen Konstruktion und Produktion zur Entwicklung praxistauglicher Fertigungslösungen
  • Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von Stücklisten, Arbeitsplänen und Fertigungsdaten im ERP-System
  • Durchführung von Prozess- und Qualitätskontrollen sowie Mitwirkung bei der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Fertigungsabläufen
  • Unterstützung bei der Verwaltung von Werkzeugen sowie der Koordination von Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen

Profil

  • Abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung, beispielsweise als Konstruktionsmechaniker (m/w/d), Industriemechaniker (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung in der Arbeitsvorbereitung, CNC-Programmierung oder Blechbearbeitung
  • Kenntnisse in der Programmierung von Trumpf-Blechbearbeitungsmaschinen sowie in Trumpf Oseon oder TruTops Boost sind von Vorteil
  • Sicherer Umgang mit technischen Zeichnungen und Fertigungsunterlagen
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und qualitätsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis sowie Freude daran, Fertigungsprozesse effizient zu gestalten
  • Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke für die Zusammenarbeit mit Konstruktion und Produktion
