The posting

The Finance Manager is responsible for managing the accounting and finance activities across the portfolio of family entities. He/she will leverage accounting expertise, financial analysis, and business insights to ensure accurate financial reporting, effective management reporting, and informed decision-making. The role involves close interaction with management and stakeholders in delivering financial information, performance analysis, and continuous improvements to finance processes and reporting capabilities.

Job Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Manage accounting and financial records for all family entities.
  • Prepare timely and accurate monthly management accounts, statutory reports, and financial schedules.
  • Consolidate financial and investment performance across entities and asset classes.
  • Ensure compliance with tax, audit, and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor cash flow, treasury activities, and banking matters.
  • Maintain and enhance accounting, reporting systems, and management dashboards.
  • Prepare monthly management reports and provide value-added insights on business and investment performance, highlighting key risks, opportunities, and recommendations.
  • Drive continuous improvements in finance processes, controls, and reporting efficiency.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
  • 7-10 years of relevant accounting and finance experience within a multi-entity or group environment.
  • Strong accounting, financial reporting, analytical, and business acumen, with experience in consolidation, management reporting, investment reporting, and performance analysis.
  • Resilient, detail-oriented, and able to perform under pressure.
  • Hands-on, proactive, and adaptable, with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Strong communicator and team player, able to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across all levels.
