Dla naszego Klienta, międzynarodowej organizacji działającej w sektorze usług finansowych, poszukujemy doświadczonej osoby na stanowisko Starszego Analityka Kredytowego, która będzie odpowiedzialna za ocenę ryzyka kredytowego klientów z segmentu detalicznego oraz podejmowanie decyzji kredytowych.

  • ocena ryzyka kredytowego klientów detalicznych oraz analiza ich zdolności kredytowej,
  • podejmowanie samodzielnych decyzji kredytowych w ramach posiadanych kompetencji oraz ocena zabezpieczeń zawieranych umów,
  • weryfikacja wniosków kredytowych, dokumentacji oraz danych niezbędnych do przeprowadzenia analizy,
  • zapewnienie zgodności podejmowanych decyzji z obowiązującymi politykami i procedurami kredytowymi,
  • współpraca z zespołami wewnętrznymi w zakresie procesów kredytowych,
  • udział w projektach ukierunkowanych na optymalizację i usprawnianie procesów oceny ryzyka.
  • minimum 4 lata doświadczenia zawodowego w analizie kredytowej w instytucji finansowej, mile widziane doświadczenie w sektorze leasingowym,
  • praktyczna znajomość metod oceny ryzyka kredytowego i zdolności kredytowej klientów detalicznych,
  • doświadczenie w samodzielnej ocenie wniosków i podejmowaniu decyzji kredytowych,
  • znajomość procedur kredytowych oraz zasad oceny zabezpieczeń,
  • wykształcenie wyższe, preferowane kierunki: finanse, bankowość, ekonomia,
  • znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie umożliwiającym swobodną komunikację i udział w spotkaniach,
  • samodzielność, dokładność i umiejętność podejmowania decyzji.
  • stabilne zatrudnienie na podstawie Umowy o Pracę w międzynarodowym środowisku,
  • praca w modelu hybrydowym: 3 dni pracy z biura, 2 dni pracy zdalnej,
  • roczny system premiowy,
