Job Summary

You will assist walk-in customers with loan enquiries, process loan applications accurately, explain loan terms clearly, and provide professional customer service in a friendly team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist walk-in customers by responding accurately to loan-related enquiries
  • Process loan applications efficiently to ensure timely approval
  • Explain loan terms clearly to customers to facilitate informed decisions
  • Deliver professional customer service to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Perform basic administrative duties to support loan processing operations
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to maintain a harmonious work environment

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Positive attitude and ability to work well within a team
  • Basic English communication skills to interact with customers

Compensation and Benefits

  • Monthly salary SGD 2,600-2,800 plus incentives for Singaporeans, SGD 2,100-2,300 plus incentives for Malaysians, based on performance
