About the Role

We are seeking an Assistant Product Manager for a 9-monthmaternity coverage assignment. The successful candidate will support ongoing product initiatives, enhance customer experiences and drive service improvements while ensuring continuity of key projects and commercial activities.

Key Responsibilities

Product Management & Customer Experience

  • Analyze customer journeys, service processes and feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Evaluate customer requirements and recommend practical product or service enhancements.
  • Review market trends, competitor offerings and internal feedback to support product decisions.
  • Prioritize feature enhancements based on business needs and available resources.

Product Development & Project Delivery

  • Coordinate product enhancement initiatives from requirements gathering through implementation.
  • Prepare business cases, project scopes, functional requirements and success criteria.
  • Work closely with Technology, Operations, Customer Service, Finance and Sales teams.
  • Manage project schedules, vendor coordination and delivery milestones.
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet business requirements.
  • Prepare user guides and coordinate internal training for new product features.

Commercial & Go-to-Market Support

  • Collaborate with Business Development, Sales and Marketing teams on product launches and promotional initiatives.
  • Develop product information and communication materials for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support pricing updates, campaign launches and service adoption initiatives.
  • Monitor product performance and recommend opportunities to improve customer experience and revenue.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Operations, Logistics or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in product management, product development, business analysis or service improvement.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional projects and managing multiple deliverables.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications for technical teams.
  • Good stakeholder management, communication and project coordination skills.
  • Experience working with external vendors and supporting product implementation.
  • Able to work independently and adapt quickly to ongoing projects.
  • Available and willing to commit to a 9-month maternity coverage contract.
