Le Golf Club de Sion recherche un/e collaborateur/rice d’accueil à 80% (100% durant la période estivale)

A ce poste, vous êtes en charge d’assurer un accueil de qualité pour nos membres et nos visiteurs, et de promouvoir une image dynamique de notre club. Vous assistez également le manager dans les domaines administratifs et organisationnels.

Descriptif de poste :

Accueil des membres et visiteurs Réception des appels téléphoniques Gestion des réservations des tees times pour le parcours Vente des articles du pro shop Gestion de la caisse Gestion des compétitions en lien avec les collaborateurs du secrétariat (préparation des listes de départs, des cartes de scores, encaissement de la finance d'inscription, saisie des résultats, etc.) Renseigner les membres ou visiteurs sur différents points (tarifs, possibilités de membership, état du parcours, etc.)

Pour répondre aux exigences de ce poste, vous devez au minimum bénéficier d’une formation commerciale ou hôtelière et avoir des connaissances du golf.

Les applications MS Office n’ont plus de secret pour vous et vous êtes à l’aise avec l’informatique en général. Vous maîtrisez l’allemand et l’anglais tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit. Vous êtes une personne souriante, flexible, d’excellente présentation et digne de confiance. A l’aise avec le contact humain et dotée d’une excellente fibre commerciale, vous répondez aux attentes d’une clientèle exigeante.

Vous êtes amené/e à travailler régulièrement le week-end, flexible dans les horaires et les jours de congé, capable de gérer votre stress, garder la maîtrise de la situation y compris dans les périodes les plus chargées tout en conservant un sens aigu du service.
