Deine Aufgabe:

  • Du führst telefonische Erstgespräche nach einem fixem Skript
  • Du bleibst freundlich, ruhig und klar – egal ob Anruf Nr. 5 oder 55
  • Du hältst Dich genau an Vorgaben – keine Anpassungen, kein Interpretationsspielraum
  • Du dokumentierst nach jedem Gespräch das Ergebnis – nach definiertem Schema

Bisher keine Vertriebserfahrung? Quereinsteiger?

Während der Einarbeitung erlernst du alles, was du zur Ausführung des Jobs benötigst. Vorkenntnisse im Bereich Vertrieb sind also nicht zwingend notwendig. Wir haben ein internes Schulungssystem inklusive Weiterbildungen und werden dich ausführlich ausbilden.

Grundgehalt als Call-Center Agent in Vollzeit: 3.000,- Euro mtl. Brutto-Fixgehalt (zzgl. jährlichen Provisionszahlungen)
