Reporting to the Creative Director, the Senior Producer must think strategically and move quickly to execute shoots, with excellent project management skills, a keen eye for compelling and innovative content, and a passion for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

Strategy

  • Align with the CEO, Creative Director & Brand Creative team to define the scope of work for each shoot: determining budgets, hired talent and priorities.
  • Partner with senior marketing leadership to strategically develop and execute the Drop Calendar for the season, aligning product releases with market trends and business objectives.
  • Create and oversee the content calendar: schedule shoot dates, styling sessions, and fitting appointments.
  • Build and manage all photo and video production budgets, in addition to budgets for one-off projects.
  • Lead the planning and execution of pre-production and production: logistics, travel schedules, call sheets, sourcing, crew, catering, equipment, locations, talent booking and negotiation, build outs, wardrobe, glam, and timelines.
  • Continuously research industry trends, production resources, vendors, locations, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities to elevate content and improve production efficiency.

Execution

  • Produce and deliver photo and video content for web and social media platforms, including campaigns, e-commerce, look books, and supplementary projects, managing all aspects from pre-production to post-production.
  • Ensure that all content is produced on time, within budget and to a high standard of quality and consistency.
  • Manage and support the Production Coordinator, overseeing workload and priorities to ensure responsibilities are balanced and achievable, while providing ongoing guidance, mentorship, and opportunities for professional growth.
  • Alongside the Production Coordinator, oversee each shoot day from initial crew arrival through wrap, ensuring production runs smoothly, efficiently, and according to schedule.
  • Collaborate closely with the Art Director and Styling teams to source all items needed for shoots, ensuring alignment with the approved creative direction.
  • Coordinate all styling and fitting sessions, overseeing the process and ensuring looks are routed to the appropriate stakeholders for timely review and final approval.
  • Manage the in-house photo studio, including equipment, supplies, organization, maintenance, and the sourcing and purchasing of items required for smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and freelancers to ensure production needs are met.
  • Prepare and manage agreements for vendors and talent, coordinating with Legal and relevant stakeholders to ensure timely review and execution.
  • Secure all required production and location permits, navigating permitting processes efficiently and managing approvals within production timelines, including under tight turnaround times.
  • Build and manage post-production timelines across photo and video, ensuring all rounds of review, retouching, editing, approvals, and final asset delivery remain on schedule.
  • Maintain regular communication with photographers and in-house creative teams to understand their post-production needs.
  • Ensure internal Creative teams provide clear and comprehensive retouching notes in a timely manner, managing the process to keep retouching on schedule and aligned with brand standards.
  • Consolidate feedback for video content in a clear and concise manner using platforms such as Frame.io, ensuring editors always have a clear understanding of the next steps.

Time Management/Reporting

  • Plan and organize your activities to meet all deadlines, enhance performance, maximize productivity, and increase efficiency.
  • Set clear goals, priorities, expectations, and timelines, proactively managing responsibilities and communicating potential delays or roadblocks.
  • Regularly report key learnings, results, and opportunities for improvement across priority projects to the broader team.
  • Manage payroll onboarding for all freelancers.
  • Manage invoicing for vendors: review, submit and track all payments.
  • Maintain and share regular budget reporting with the CMO and CFO, partnering closely with Finance to track spend, manage forecasts, and ensure productions remain within approved budgets.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of production experience within the Creative industries.
  • Must have experience managing photo studios and on-set production.
  • Extensive production knowledge and hands-on experience managing complex location shoots, including locations, permitting, vendors, crew, equipment, logistics, and on-set production requirements.
  • Demonstrated people-management experience, with the ability to effectively manage workloads, set priorities, provide guidance and feedback, and support the professional development of direct reports.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
