RESUMEN DEL PUESTO: Limpia habitaciones, pasillos y otras áreas asignadas,

manteniendo los estándares de calidad establecidos.

RESPONSABILIDADES PRINCIPALES:

Se reporta para trabajar a tiempo cuando está programado.

Recibe asignaciones de habitaciones y llaves del ama de llaves ejecutiva.

Obtiene el carrito de limpieza del almacén y verifica que esté adecuadamente abastecido.

Limpia las habitaciones asignadas de acuerdo con el procedimiento operativo estándar, realizando tareas como quitar el polvo, pasar la aspiradora, cambiar la ropa de cama, reponer los suministros de papel y jabón.

Completa la hoja de asignación de habitaciones, registrando las habitaciones completadas y los comentarios especiales.

Complete una estadía con la mentalidad visual como salida, excepto con las pertenencias de los huéspedes que se encuentren actualmente en la habitación.

Completa órdenes de trabajo de mantenimiento para habitaciones que necesitan reparaciones de mantenimiento.

Aspira los pasillos en la sección asignada de las habitaciones.

Recoge la ropa de cama sucia y la entrega al lavadero.

Completa la verificación de la mayoría de las habitaciones asignadas antes de las 3:00 p. m.; se aplicarán excepciones

Informa cualquier discrepancia al ama de llaves ejecutiva.

Reabastece el carrito de limpieza y lo devuelve al almacén.

Mantener y organizar su carrito de manera ordenada en el armario de limpieza.

Limpia profundamente las habitaciones de acuerdo con el procedimiento operativo estándar asignado

Devuelve las llaves y la hoja de asignación de habitación al ama de llaves ejecutiva y obtiene la aprobación para registrar la salida.

Mantiene el cumplimiento de las políticas, prácticas, procedimientos y estándares de seguridad de la empresa.

Informes en uniforme, que se limpia y plancha.

Asiste y participa en todas las reuniones del personal.
