Responsibilities

  • Support the origination and execution of M&A and strategic advisory transactions.
  • Prepare pitchbooks, information memoranda, valuation materials, and client presentations.
  • Build and maintain financial models for valuation and transaction analysis.
  • Conduct industry, company, and market research.
  • Manage due diligence processes, data rooms, and stakeholder communications throughout live transactions.
  • Review and guide analysts' work on financial analyses and presentation materials.
  • Assist with other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of direct M&A advisory execution experience, preferably within an investment bank, corporate finance advisory, or boutique advisory firm.
  • Hands-on experience managing buy-side and sell-side transactions from execution through completion.
  • Strong financial modelling, valuation, and analytical skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in preparing high-quality client presentations and transaction materials.
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Experience leading due diligence and transaction execution workstreams.
  • Ability to mentor and review the work of junior team members.
  • Strong understanding of corporate finance, capital markets, and M&A processes.
