Responsibilities:

Triage patients and prioritise care based on physical, psychological, and social assessments.
Conduct focused assessments of presenting complaints, medical history, and medications in accordance with established triage protocols.
Deliver safe, high-quality, and patient-centred nursing care while ensuring patient comfort and well-being.
Monitor patients' conditions, document clinical assessments, and evaluate changes in health status.
Support clinicians during examinations, diagnostic procedures, and treatment interventions.
Initiate appropriate nursing interventions when patient conditions deteriorate or when monitoring systems indicate adverse findings.
Assist with cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and emergency procedures in collaboration with the healthcare team.
Communicate care plans, treatment progress, and relevant updates to patients and their family members where appropriate.
Coordinate patient admissions, transfers, and continuity of care with internal departments and external healthcare providers.
Accompany critically ill patients during inter-hospital transfers when required.

Requirements:

Registered Nurse with current registration under the Singapore Nursing Board.
Relevant nursing experience in an emergency care setting.
Strong clinical assessment, prioritisation, and critical thinking abilities.
Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
Ability to respond calmly and effectively during emergency situations.
