Nous recherchons un couple d’employés de maison expérimentés pour assurer l’entretien et le bon fonctionnement d’une résidence privée située à Nyon.

Les employeurs recherchent un couple fiable, discret et autonome, capable de travailler ensemble pour assurer la bonne tenue de la propriété et offrir un service de qualité.

Il s’agit d’un poste à temps plein avec logement sur place, idéal pour un couple souhaitant s’investir durablement dans un environnement privé et prendre en charge les différentes tâches liées à l’entretien d’une maison.

🧹 Responsabilités

Les tâches seront réparties entre les deux personnes, selon leurs compétences et leur expérience :

  • Entretien quotidien et nettoyage approfondi de la propriété
  • Lessive, repassage et entretien du linge de maison
  • Rangement et organisation générale de la maison
  • Entretien des armoires et soin des vêtements
  • Veiller à maintenir un environnement propre, ordonné et accueillant
  • Préparation des repas et cuisine, selon le profil
  • Courses et petites tâches liées à la gestion du foyer
  • Entretien courant du jardin et petits travaux d’entretien, si nécessaire
  • Aide ponctuelle lors de la réception d’invités

Requirements

👤 Profil recherché

Nous recherchons un couple sérieux, fiable et proactif, disposant d’une expérience confirmée dans l’entretien de résidences privées.

Les critères recherchés :

  • Parler couramment le français ou le russe
  • Être titulaire d’un passeport européen ou disposer d’un permis de travail suisse valable
  • Justifier d’une expérience préalable dans une maison privée ; une expérience en couple est un atout important
  • Fournir des références vérifiables
  • Posséder de solides compétences en entretien ménager et en organisation
  • Être autonome, responsable et capable de prendre des initiatives
  • Faire preuve de discrétion et respecter strictement la vie privée des employeurs
  • Avoir le sens du service et le souci du détail
  • Permis de conduire
