A Goodbe busca uma Terapeuta de Massagem para atuar como prestadora de serviço PJ, realizando atendimentos de massagem dentro da metodologia Goodbe ONE. A profissional será responsável por oferecer uma experiência de cuidado, acolhimento, segurança e bem-estar aos clientes, seguindo os protocolos técnicos da empresa para massagem relaxante, terapêutica, drenagem linfática e Good Mix.

A função exige postura ética, discrição, pontualidade, atenção aos detalhes, higiene, organização, comunicação respeitosa, sensibilidade no atendimento e forte aderência a protocolos. A profissional deverá realizar anamnese verbal antes dos atendimentos, avaliar contraindicações, preparar e organizar a sala, conduzir o atendimento com técnica e cuidado, finalizar a sessão conforme padrão Goodbe e manter comunicação adequada com a recepção e gestão da unidade.

Buscamos uma profissional calma, cuidadosa, estável, organizada, técnica e comprometida com a experiência do cliente.

  • Realizar atendimentos de massagem conforme os protocolos técnicos da Goodbe ONE.
  • Executar massagem relaxante, massagem terapêutica, drenagem linfática e Good Mix conforme orientação da empresa.
  • Realizar anamnese verbal obrigatória antes de cada atendimento.
  • Verificar restrições médicas, dores, alergias, histórico clínico relevante, gestação, cirurgias recentes, pressão arterial, diabetes, câncer, contraindicações e demais fatores de segurança.
  • Avaliar se a técnica escolhida pelo cliente é adequada ao seu quadro físico e orientar alternativa quando necessário.
  • Preparar a sala antes dos atendimentos, verificando maca, lençol, toalhas, cubeta, espátula, produtos, som ambiente, temperatura, aromatização e organização geral.
  • Recepcionar o cliente com cordialidade, chamar pelo nome, apresentar-se e conduzi-lo até a sala de atendimento.
  • Orientar o cliente sobre preparo, vestimenta adequada, posicionamento na maca e cuidados antes da sessão.
  • Ajustar pressão, ritmo e foco da massagem conforme necessidade do cliente, sem sair do protocolo Goodbe.
  • Manter postura profissional, discreta, respeitosa e acolhedora durante todo o atendimento.
  • Observar sinais de dor, desconforto, tensão corporal, reação ao toque, expressão facial e comunicação verbal ou não verbal do cliente.
  • Finalizar o atendimento conforme padrão Goodbe, orientando o cliente a levantar com segurança e incentivando novo agendamento pelo app ou recepção.
  • Informar à recepção qual massagem foi realizada.
  • Higienizar e organizar a sala após cada atendimento.
  • Descartar corretamente lençol descartável, sobras de creme ou óleo, e nunca reutilizar produtos.
  • Lavar cubeta e espátula após o uso.
  • Solicitar reposição de materiais quando necessário.
  • Cumprir rigorosamente horários de agenda, tolerância de atraso e regras de pontualidade.
  • Comunicar à gerência qualquer situação crítica, recusa técnica, contraindicação, comportamento inadequado ou ocorrência relevante.
  • Preservar o sigilo e a ética profissional sobre informações do cliente.
  • Integrar a massagem à jornada Goodbe ONE, orientando o cliente sobre continuidade, frequência e relação da massagem com atividade física e bem-estar.
  • Zelar pela limpeza, organização, conservação dos equipamentos e padrão de experiência da unidade.
