Die GOODJ Automation sucht per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung einen Polymechaniker CNC-Fertigung.

Ihre Aufgaben - Einrichten, Bedienen und Überwachen moderner CNC-Werkzeugmaschinen - Fertigen von anspruchsvollen Einzelteilen und Kleinserien - Optimieren bestehender CNC-Programme und Fertigungsprozesse - Durchführen von Qualitätskontrollen und Dokumentieren der Messergebnisse - Sicherstellen einer hohen Prozess- und Bauteilqualität - Bedienen, Einrichten und Betreuung unserer hochmodernen Fertigungsautomationen - Beheben von Störungen und Einleiten geeigneter Korrekturmassnahmen

Anforderungen - Abgeschlossene Berufslehre als Polymechaniker EFZ oder eine vergleichbare technische Ausbildung - Erfahrung in der CNC-Fertigung - Kenntnisse in der CNC-Programmierung - Selbstständige, zuverlässige und qualitätsbewusste Arbeitsweise - Technisches Verständnis und Freude an modernen Fertigungstechnologien - Bereitschaft, Verantwortung für Maschinen und Fertigungsprozesse zu übernehmen

Vorteilhaft - Erfahrung mit CNC-Fräsmaschinen und/oder CNC-Drehmaschinen - Erfahrung mit CAM-Systemen (am besten Mastercam) - Kenntnisse im Tool Management und in automatisierten Fertigungsprozessen - Erfahrung mit modernen Steuerungen wie Heidenhain oder Siemens
