Lead with Compassion Across Multiple Worksites! Goodwill Southern California is hiring a Full-Time Multi-Site Job Coach to provide training and support to individuals with developmental disabilities across several workplace locations. This position plays a key role in building inclusive environments and ensuring participants thrive in competitive, integrated employment settings. What You’ll Do:

Train and support participants across multiple sites.

Serve as the main contact for employers and program staff.

Evaluate participant progress and submit timely documentation.

Identify barriers to success and recommend accommodations.

Travel to various worksites to provide individualized coaching.

What You Bring:

High school diploma or GED required.

1–2 years of job coaching or related experience.

Valid CA driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Flexibility, adaptability, and strong communication skills.

Bilingual (Spanish/English) and nonprofit experience preferred.
