Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 15 years of experience in technical vendor strategy and operations, solutions consulting, software engineering, technical program management, or technical delivery management.
- 3 years of experience working in projects leveraging generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and agentic automation to transform enterprise business workflows and support operations.
Preferred qualifications:
- Ability to deliver business transformation AI programs in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner cross-functionally and at the executive level.
- Deep subject matter expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Gemini Enterprise architecture, or enterprise cloud support ecosystems.
- Demonstrated track record of managing large-scale global vendor partnerships (GSIs) and leading multi-disciplinary cross-functional technical or innovation initiatives.
- Exceptional executive presence and communication skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority across a complex matrixed organization.

As an AI Transformation Solutions Consultant, you will embody a high-agency, founder-mindset to bridge frontier Artificial Intelligence (AI) capabilities with global vendor operational delivery. You will move beyond legacy vendor oversight to co-create, test, and jointly deploy automated, high-velocity support AI solutions directly alongside strategic Global System Integrator (GSI) delivery partners. You will drive strategic direction with a deep understanding of technical capabilities, resolve operational blockers, and work through the complexities required to shift vendor service models from traditional labor arbitrage to AI-first intelligence orchestration. You will have a proven track record for developing elegant solutions with evidence of domain expertise (e.g., quality, training, support operations, knowledge), a passion for generating impact by leveraging AI and automation, and a skill for delivering on improvement opportunities inside a process or organization.Google Cloud accelerates every organization’s ability to digitally transform its business and industry. Responsibilities
- Develop a multi year AI roadmap and strategy to transform a high-volume transactional environment into an automated, strategic engine to enable cloud Value Management Office (VMO) to drive value realization and performance.
- Partner with internal Google Cloud Engineering, Quality Assurance (QA), and Support teams to co-create and embed agentic AI-motivated VMO modules, including AI-Assisted Case Review, Autonomous Support Agents, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)-grounded diagnostic tools.
- Design and implement next-generation governance and quality frameworks, shifting from managing to agreement to consultative, outcome-based performance metrics.
- Act as a strategic leader and technical advisor for vendor strategy, addressing execution gaps and increasing partnership maturity.
- Drive outcomes focus on operational efficiency, tokenization, automation realized through Gemini Enterprise, and measurable business impact.
