About the job

The Google.org Tech for Social Impact (TSI) team helps nonprofits and civic entities achieve sustained social impact at scale by providing data infrastructure, visualization tools, and technology. Our team serves as the central hub for Google.org’s data, unifying global giving information into a source of truth to help leadership track and maximize the organization’s philanthropic impact.

In this role, you will serve as a strategic partner and internal consultant to Google.org leadership. You will leverage data analytics, research, and business acumen to shape philanthropic strategy, optimize resource allocation, and inform executive decision-making across our global pillars.

You will act as a bridge between pillar leadership and technical teams, translating complex social impact challenges into analytical frameworks. You will generate data-driven hypotheses and conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to deliver actionable insights. You will partner with analysts and researchers to ensure findings are both intellectually robust and operationally implementable, driving a culture of data-informed strategy.

You will also critically evaluate and evolve our impact measurement frameworks against ecosystem benchmarks. Working closely with pillar leads and operations teams, you will translate strategic outlook into tangible changes in funding models, budget allocation, and operational capabilities. Through regular engagement with Google.org executives, you will build consensus around high-stakes decisions and mobilize cross-functional teams to execute on key initiatives.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
