About the job

A problem isn’t truly solved until it’s solved for all. That’s why Googlers build products that help create opportunities for everyone, whether down the street or across the globe. As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.

The Strategic Partnership Office (SPO) bridges Google’s technology capabilities with real-world partners to expand economic, community, and workforce development outcomes.

As a Community Development Manager, you will combine community engagement and industry knowledge to support Google’s infrastructure growth. You will drive business value by accelerating new technical infrastructure delivery, protecting Google’s license to operate globally, and leveraging community partnerships to deliver impactful solutions.

In this role, you will provide data-driven insights and execute programmatic engagement based on community assessments across existing and prospective data center markets. You will partner with cross-functional teams to drive measurable social impact, cultivate relationships and research new in-market opportunities. Additionally, you will serve as a subject matter expert on data center delivery and strategic community engagement, entrenching best practices across a rapidly growing organization.

The AI and Infrastructure team is redefining what’s possible. We empower Google customers with breakthrough capabilities and insights by delivering AI and Infrastructure at unparalleled scale, efficiency, reliability and velocity. Our customers include Googlers, Google Cloud customers, and billions of Google users worldwide.

We're the driving force behind Google's groundbreaking innovations, empowering the development of our cutting-edge AI models, delivering unparalleled computing power to global services, and providing the essential platforms that enable developers to build the future. From software to hardware our teams are shaping the future of world-leading hyperscale computing, with key teams working on the development of our TPUs, Vertex AI for Google Cloud, Google Global Networking, Data Center operations, systems research, and much more.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
