About the job

As the EHS Cluster Manager, you will be a member of the Global Environment, Health, and Safety team. You won't just be checking boxes, but you will be the primary architect for implementing Google’s Global Safety Management Framework across our dynamic Bay Area campus.

You will partner with cross-functional teams, from Engineering to Facilities to build safety solutions for high-stakes environments, including advanced Robotics, research and development (R&D) labs, and complex electrical infrastructure. Your role requires a blend of technical expertise, regulatory savvy, and the agility to solve problems that don't always have a pre-existing manual.

From keeping Googlers safe and secure to managing disruptive events, the ability to anticipate, deter, detect, and act are the pillars of Google’s Global Security and Resilience Services (GSRS) team. As a member of GSRS you will help develop a culture where safety, security and resiliency are integrated into every facet of Google, including the creative process. You will help us continually identify, evaluate and monitor enterprise risks that could affect business activities and provide business leaders the information they need to make critical decisions. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative strategies and develop programs that drive sustainable effectiveness.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
